This week a parcel came from me... a book! This book!
Brand new; so new it hasn't even been published yet.
It's a proof copy, written by my friend Monique Roffey, who is from Trinidad, a country I spent some time in as a child.
I've started it, and it promises to be a good read. It's also going to be put up for a few prizes, and it's good to have a book to root for.
